The Santarun start fee includes free travel by public transport to the heart of Bern, and we therefore recommend traveling by public transport. From Bern train station, you can reach the start and finish area on Bundesplatz in a 5-minute walk. There are no parking facilities available for the run. We can only point you to the Parking garages refer to.

All participants benefit from a free ride on public transport in the 2nd class from their place of residence to the event venue and back via GA-Bereich sections on the usual route. 

All female runners will receive the coupons for the Swiss Runners tickets in the confirmation email after registering for the event. The coupons can be used from October 1st onwards. sbb.ch/swissrunners They can be used to purchase the personal public transport tickets for the return journey and are valid as follows:

• Return journey: 25th-27th November 2026
• Return journey: 27th-29th November 2026

And this is how you get your personal code:

• You will find the code in the registration confirmation email
• Or on the TrackMaxx registration confirmation page (see link in the payment confirmation)
• You will also receive the code again in the info mail during the event week

Your codes are in the SBB Mobile app, online or redeemable at the counter. Help with redeeming the codes on the SBB website or in the SBB app.

The Swiss Runners Ticket is personal. The race number must be presented on the return journey.
